perception recalibation therapy
Simply put, Perception Recalibration Therapy ™ is a combination of Emotional Freedom Technique, sound healing and hypnosis, and based on the teachings of William Erickson and Peter Blum. I take the fundamentals of hypnosis and add in other elements to reinforce a person’s ability to change their perspective.

As part of the PRT process, I communicate with you to find out what issues you want to work on, and start to formulate a plan to guide you through the different states of consciousness. Many of our perceptions are based on conditioning at an early age. The subconscious mind is a data storage repository. Many resources lie in the subconscious.

We will process the story at the root of the issue you've come to work on. We are going to use the words that were used when the issue was created and give it back to them with the recognition of the negative. We go through this process while tapping on the EFT points. I have distilled the tapping protocol down to 26 points. I experimented until I discovered what works. These 26 points have value.

While tapping on those EFT points, we add positive affirmations which reinforces self-care, self-love, and self-reliance.
I will then move to the sound healing part of this session using C and G tuning forks that are brain harmonizers. I play C and G, one in one ear, one in the other. It integrates the right and left hemisphere. So cool! This is an art as well as a science; therefore, other brain tuning tools may be used as well.

One of the final tools I use is the singing bowl. It is for gaining your attention. I use it to bring you out of your hypnotic state and to reinforce the positive messaging, self-love, self-reliance, and self-care.

All in all, PRT is a gentle and effective therapy that combines EFT, sound healing, and hypnosis to process subconscious, limiting information and clear it out of the body's system.
hypnosis therapy
Hypnosis is the process of getting an issue that is existing in your subconscious. All information that we experience exists in our subconscious.

At the beginning we want to find out what the issue is that needs to be worked on. You then get into a comfortable position. I also like to use some sound healing tools, such as singing bowls and tuning forks. I also like to use a crystal sphere to help focus your attention.

Now that you are comfortable, you close your eyes, breathe, bring your attention to your body, and then we start the process of going into the trance state. All of the information I get from you, from our communication, I use to create a dialogue which brings you to your subconscious, to all of those resources you have inside you. We collect up all of those resources, bringing them back. We anchor them in your conscious mind, then bring you out of your peaceful and restful state into your everyday state, where you can use those resources in your day-to-day life.
emotional freedom technique
The first thing we do in an emotional freedom technique session is to do an assessment, to get an idea of who you are, and what you want to work on. After the assessment, we check in to see where in the body are you feeling the particular emotion. Is it in your throat, chest, in your stomach? What is the intensity level of that emotion? Is it very, very intense; that would be a 10. Is it very low; that would be a one. We want to get down to zero.

We then start with a tapping point that is by your collar bone. We rub on that area, doing three deep cleansing breaths to get the energy flowing and move that emotion that is built up. We are going to look at what the negative aspect is. I will be your mirror and I am also creating a script for you, based on the information you share with me. We create a dialogue, expressing what the negative is, or what the issue or goal that you want to accomplish is. We do a check-in to see if it is in alignment with what you are feeling.

We continue to go through the points starting at the top of the head, corner of eye, side of eye, under the eye, under the nose. We do this while we verbalize what the issue is. Then we do a “turnaround”. The turnaround is all of the positive affirmations, all the aspects of Infinite possibilities and self love that we can conjure up. With the turnaround, new feelings are being programmed into the subconscious mind to allow us to move forward through whatever experience we have been holding in our subconscious. That is the essence of EFT. Are you ready to tap?
sound healing
Sound healing is a therapeutic technique that uses the vibrational frequency of sound to support physical and emotional health. Since the 19th century, scientists documented the positive effects of vibration on the human body and more recently various vibrational devices have been used to increase blood and lymphatic circulation, decrease pain and stress, and increase muscle relaxation and mobility (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8157227/).
I use tuning forks at certain frequencies as brain harmonizers and part of the Perception Recalibration trifecta for healing.
